Rust wipe schedule
The force wipe is the first Thursday of each month. Between force wipes, every server picks its own day and hour. This page shows what they picked, from 36,382 wipes we recorded: a week-by-hour heatmap below, the busiest day and hour, and how many servers run weekly, biweekly and monthly schedules. All times are UTC; the countdown above is in your local time.

Restarts are left out: a new map less than six hours after the last counts as the same wipe. Times are UTC: UK time is the same in winter and an hour ahead in summer; US East is five hours behind in winter and four in summer.

Questions
3 answeredWhen do Rust servers wipe?
The force wipe is the first Thursday of every month at 19:00 UTC, and every server wipes then. Outside that, servers follow their own schedules: weekly, biweekly or monthly are the usual rhythms, and the heatmap above shows the days and hours they actually choose.
What time of day do most Rust wipes happen?
Evening in the server's home region, so players can be online for the fresh start. In UTC, the busiest window is late afternoon to early evening. Your local time will differ; the server's own listing on its page here gives its scheduled hour.
Do all Rust servers wipe on the same day?
No. All wipe at the force wipe, but between those they spread across the week. Thursday is the busiest of the last 36,382 wipes. Weekly servers often pick a Friday or Saturday; others use Monday or Tuesday to avoid the crowd.
